This was the reason why The Food Untold was started, a blog that discusses things that are compelling to the curious consumers, students, educators, and those who work tirelessly to keep the global food system (from growing to disposing food and food-related items) moving efficiently.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Food Untold is a brainchild of Sandman, the author.
